Your AUGLETICS Virtual Coach ensures that you execute every rowing motion in the right way. Easy to use, with highly complex engineering. Why is the right execution of rowing motions so important? Rowing is a forceful sport and the movement is not naturally learned such as running or cycling. Unlike swimming, where movement is prevented through wrong motions, a flawed execution in rowing can actually be harmful to the back or joints. That is why the right exercise execution is so important, especially for people with little rowing experience.
