The AUGLETICS Virtual Coach is the centrepiece of the rowing machine and helps you to learn and improve your rowing technique. Thanks to sensor-based feedback, the Virtual Coach analyses your movements in real time and helps you to avoid typical mistakes before they can creep in. In this way, the coach ensures a precise rowing movement that is easy on the joints and is both effective and safe. Whether you want to increase your endurance or specifically build muscle, the Virtual Coach adapts the training optimally to your needs.
The electronically controlled eddy current brake of the AUGLETICS Eight Style provides smooth, even resistance that adapts seamlessly to your pulling force. This means that you have full control over your training at all times - from gentle recovery sessions to intensive intervals. At the same time, with a volume of just 62 dB, the rowing machine remains pleasantly quiet and won't disturb your flatmates or neighbours.
