Of course, everyone wants to start training as soon as possible after ordering. That's why fast and uncomplicated despatch is particularly important to us.

Delivery within Germany

You have three options for delivery within Germany, which you can conveniently select as soon as you have entered your address details.

1. Free delivery by parcel service within the delivery time specified for the product after receipt of payment: Our shipping service partner DPD will deliver the well-packaged rowing machine to your front door. All you then have to do is unpack it, set it up and get started.
2. Free collection directly from the production site in Königs Wusterhausen (Zur Heide 10, 15712 Königs Wusterhausen) in fully assembled condition. This will save you 2-5 working days and you will receive the product a little faster. We will arrange the collection date directly with you after you have placed your order.
3. Chargeable set-up and installation service (199€): One of our set-up service employees will make an appointment with you after your order and fully set up the rowing machine for you. We then take the time to set up the machine completely (WLAN connection etc.) and show you all the functions directly on the machine so that you can start your training straight away. The set-up service can take place after the appointment has been arranged. We usually need 5-10 working days in addition to the normal dispatch time of the item.

Delivery to Austria, the Netherlands, Denmark, Luxembourg and Belgium

For delivery to the selected countries, you currently only have the following shipping option:

1. Delivery by parcel service (€32.77): Our shipping service partner DPD will deliver the well-packed rowing machine to your front door. Please note that you will need to add 2 days to the delivery times to Germany for delivery to Austria.

Delivery to Switzerland

We currently only deliver to Switzerland via our partners. For delivery to Switzerland, please order the device directly from Hammer Sport or 4Row:

Dimensions of deliveries Parcel shipping

• Parcel shipping: The appliance is sent in two separate parcels. Assembly instructions are of course included for assembly. You can watch the video instructions here. in advance. The two packages have the following dimensions:
  • Package 1: 150x34x16cm, 13kg
  • Package 2: 49x49x33cm, 20kg
  • Package 3: 52x50x34cm, 15kg
• Fully assembled rowing machine for collection by the customer (folded up for transport): 170x56x45cm, 38kg
