AUGLETICS is priced higher than other rowing machines due to its high quality, innovation and focus on the user experience. The rowing machines are equipped with advanced features such as real-time feedback, virtual workouts and high-quality materials that guarantee durability and performance. The noise level of an AUGLETICS rowing machine during training is relatively quiet compared to many other fitness machines. This is because it uses technology that controls the resistance electronically instead of mechanical parts, which are often louder. The noise you mainly hear comes from the air resistance and the movement of the seat, both of which are designed to work as quietly as possible. This means that the device can also be used in flats or rooms without disturbing others.
Up to 2.02 m is no problem and the roller conveyor is definitely long enough for you. After that, it depends a bit on your leg length to torso length ratio. We had 2.06 m athletes on the device and it worked, but we'd recommend trying it out in a store first. However, up to a height of 2.02 m you will definitely fit on the device.
After ordering via the website or by calling our product advisor, you pay directly by Paypal, credit card or direct debit. Alternatively you can pay after you have placed your order but before delivery. For alternative payment methods please contact us. As soon as your device is ready for shipment, you will receive a message from us with all the details about your shipment so that you can always see the current status and the exact delivery date. If you have trouble setting up the device or otherwise need help, your Product Advisor is always available after your purchase.

The AUGLETICS Eight Sport and Eight Style are designed for both private users and fitness studios. They are among the most compact machines on the market and can also be folded up for space-saving storage, yet are extremely robust and designed for intensive use. They differ visually in terms of their materials. The Eight Sport has the look of a classic fitness machine with its black powder-coated steel casing, while the Eight Style made of oak wood is more reminiscent of an elegant piece of furniture. The Eight Sport has a 10-inch HD touch display and can be swivelled, whereas the Eight Style has a 15-inch HD touch display and can also be rotated and swivelled. It should also be noted that the Eight Style has an integrated Virtual Coach and the Eight Sport does not. But you can stream on both AUGLETICS rowing machines.
A power supply is required to operate the large display and to adjust the resistance. The device does not require any electricity to generate the resistance itself, so that the power consumption is comparatively low. In standby, the display switches off automatically, so that power consumption is minimized here. Alternatively, you can unplug it completely and shut down the display.
You can use the rowing machines from AUGLETICS at any time without an internet connection. However, AUGLETICS offers you a variety of smaller and larger extras when using an active WLAN connection.
If you operate your device via Wi-Fi, you have the option of logging in, saving your training data in your personal profile and using the free update function. As with other apps, we provide you with an update approximately every 2 months to make your sports experience even more interesting.

Delivery of your AUGLETICS rowing machine usually takes 3-5 weeks. We endeavour to get each device to you as quickly as possible, but the exact delivery time may vary depending on availability and your location.
Once your order has been placed, our team will begin carefully checking and packing your device to ensure that everything arrives perfectly. As soon as your device leaves our warehouse, you will receive your tracking number, which you can use to track your device. It will arrive in three parcels.

The AUGLETICS rowing machine offers a wide range of training functions and programmes to give you an effective and varied workout. Here are some of the most important functions:
- Pre-built workouts: You can choose from various pre-installed workouts that cover different levels of difficulty and goals. These workouts are designed to automatically adjust the resistance levels during training to provide different training stimuli.
- Your own training programmes: You have the option of creating your own training programmes. These can be based on time, distance or interval training, allowing you to customise your training.
- Virtual Coach: The virtual coach supports you during training by monitoring and optimising your rowing technique. It analyses your movements and provides real-time feedback on various aspects of your technique such as rhythm, stroke length and movement sequence.
- Training with map view: With the map view, you can row virtual routes in different cities such as Berlin, London or Paris during training. The routes change weekly to provide variety.
- Entertainment functions: During your workout, you can also access streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Chrome or YouTube via the integrated screen. This means you can watch your favourite shows and train at the same time. The device is also compatible with Kinomap.
Yes, we offer a set-up service for your AUGLETICS rowing machine. This service costs a flat rate of € 199 and is available in Germany and Austria.
This is how it works:
- After your order, the device will be sent to a service partner in your region.
- The service partner will then contact you to arrange a suitable appointment.
- On the agreed date, a technician will come to your home, set up the appliance and give you instructions on how to operate it.
This service can be selected as a delivery option directly when ordering. Alternatively, you can assemble the appliance yourself - most customers opt for delivery in three packages to their front door and assemble the appliance themselves. Assembly is not complicated and we provide detailed instructions and a video explaining the whole process step by step. No, unfortunately it is not possible to upgrade the display to a larger model. The larger display requires more power and a higher attachment to the device. However, the smaller displays will continue to be supported on the software side and will receive regular updates to ensure that you can continue to benefit from all new functions in the future.

Yes, the Apple Watch can be connected to the AUGLETICS rowing machine, but not directly. You need an additional app to transfer the heart rate data from the Apple Watch to the rowing machine.
A recommended app for this is "Echo Heart Rate". This is how it works:
- Download the "Echo Heart Rate" app from the App Store and install it on your Apple Watch.
- On the AUGLETICS rowing machine, select "Add heart rate belt" in the menu.
- Activate the app on your Apple Watch and select "Echo Heartrate" as the heart rate monitor.
As soon as the connection is established, you can track your heart rate data on the rowing machine display during training.
