Regardless of whether you are doing cardio training and declaring war on any fat reserves or whether you want to strengthen your muscles through the strength mode: Controlling your heart rate can increase the quality of your training again. You can connect your existing Bluetooth heart rate belt to the AUGLETICS rowing machines. If you don’t have a belt yet, we recommend the AUGLETICS Heart Rate Monitor as the perfect complement to the AUGLETICS Eight.
Your pulse is clearly displayed during training. With the graphic view, you can see your pulse over time and compare it with your training performance. Of course, it is perfect if you manage to increase your training performance but keep your pulse in the ideal range!
To do this, you can set your desired pulse. Your rowing machine will then adjust the resistance for you so that you stay in the ideal pulse range. If your pulse is too low, your resistance is increased. If your heart rate is too high, the resistance is automatically reduced to bring you back into the ideal range
