Rowing is one of the healthiest sports you can ever do. But: The movement has to be learned correctly in order to avoid excessive strain or poor posture. Fortunately, your personal trainer is permanently built into the AUGLETICS rowing machines. On the basis of sensor data, the virtual coach analyzes your rowing movement in real time and gives you detailed feedback and specific suggestions for improvement after each stroke.
After a successful workout, you can be really proud of it. Then it is good that you can analyze all your workouts in detail directly on the display. You can see your training data, your average trainer rating, but also your performance history. It is also exciting when you look back and see how you have improved in your performance, but also in your technical execution, over the past few weeks.
If you log in with your personal account, you will even get a useful weekly overview on the display and you can even access your training data from your smartphone or computer. We provide two RFID chips with every device so that you can log in quickly before training. You hold your personal chip to the reader before training and are logged in by seconds.
Regardless of whether you are doing cardio training and declaring war on any fat reserves or whether you want to strengthen your muscles through the strength mode: Controlling your heart rate can increase the quality of your training again. You can connect your existing Bluetooth heart rate belt to the AUGLETICS rowing machines. If you don’t have a belt yet, we recommend the AUGLETICS Heart Rate Monitor as the perfect complement to the AUGLETICS Eight.
Your pulse is clearly displayed during training. With the graphic view, you can see your pulse over time and compare it with your training performance. Of course, it is perfect if you manage to increase your training performance but keep your pulse in the ideal range!
To do this, you can set your desired pulse. Your rowing machine will then adjust the resistance for you so that you stay in the ideal pulse range. If your pulse is too low, your resistance is increased. If your heart rate is too high, the resistance is automatically reduced to bring you back into the ideal range
We think: Your training should not only be sweaty, it should also be fun! So you can row through Berlin, London or Paris * and have the feeling that you are really making progress with rowing. You will even see other rowers who are currently on the route.
