If you're reading this article, then you probably already know how good rowing is for your body. It's a full-body workout that works over 85 % of your muscles, improves your endurance and strengthens your back. In short: rowing is one of the most effective sports there is. But - and here comes the big but - a rowing machine needs space. Quite a lot of space.

Some models are still quite compact at around 1.80 metres in length, while professional machines can measure 2.50 metres or more. If you don't have your own gym at home, this can quickly become a problem. Of course, professional athletes accept such compromises and leave the machine in the middle of their living room. But for everyday use, you'd probably prefer to have the rowing machine out of the way when you're not using it.
The solution? A foldable rowing machine!
